Our goal is to provide federal employees with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their benefits and retirement planning. Our comprehensive webinar is designed to cater to the unique needs of each federal agency within a 2-hour format. These workshops ensure that employees gain an understanding of the benefits available to them and how to participate in them. The webinar format allows them the opportunity to do this from the convenience of their offices.
The 2-hour workshop is designed to “touch” on each topic covered in the one-day class. Because of time constraints, the online 2-hour class provides only an “overview” of each of the Federal Benefit programs. Each of the employees who attends a class will be given an opportunity to receive several reports that will outline the specific Federal Benefit programs the employee participates in. These reports will be specific to the individual employee and will provide detailed information that can help employees make critical decisions.
